- Wash and grind the green chickpeas into fine paste.
- Take a pan add ghee and ground paste fry till ghee separates. Now add milk and cook it well.
- Add condensed milk mix well
- Add chopped cashews and almonds mix and serve hot or chilled
It's an authentic south Indian halwa made during the season of green channa and very good for health and has all the protein requirement for the body
