Instructions

  • Heat 3/4 cup water Add powdered jaggery Heat until it melts Filter to remove impurities Take a mixing bowl, add wheat flour, semolina & little salt Mix everything well Now make dough by using filtered jaggery syrup Rest dough for 15 minutes Make desired shapes Here, I have made moon & stars Deep fry in oil
