- 1. Mash Mawa / Khoya and Paneer with your palm separately for few minutes. 2. Mix both the ingredients and add maida and mix well till you get smooth consistency. 3. Take small portion of the mawa mix and make balls with your hands, 4. Heat Oil in Kadhai and oil should be medium hot. 5. Add the mawa balls in the oil and fry it at low heat till golden brown. 6. Dip the hot gulab Jamun into the warm sugar syrup and cover. 7. After an hour Gulab Jamun is ready to serve. For Sugar Syrup 1. In a large pan add sugar , water and cardamom powder and bring to a boil. 2. Make a one string Syrup which will get ready in 5-7 minutes
