Ingredients

  • Whole wheat Ata 2cups
  • Jaggery powder 1½cup
  • Grated dry coconut 1cup
  • Ghee 3tbsp
  • Grated fresh coconut 1cup
  • Cardomom powder 1tsp. Water 1 ¼cup

Instructions

  • 🌹Keep a pan to heat, add whole wheat ata and 1tbsp ghee keep on stirring continuously until it gives good aroma.
  • Keep another pan to heat add jaggery powder in and water keep on stirring until it becomes 1string consistency.
  • Now add roasted Ata mix well without forming lumps later add fresh and dry coconut, mix well finally rest ghee, cardomom powder.
  • 🌹Stir for 3mins and remove pan from heat later let the mixture cools then take a small ball sized portion, pat it and more over grated dry coconut, that's it it's ready to eat 👍

Notes/Tips

Keep on stirring in low flame avoiding high flame.
