Ingredients

  • Til - 1 cup
  • Gur - 1/2 cup
  • Mawa - 1/2 cup
  • Pista - for garnishing

Instructions

  • Dry roast the til and strain it,once cooled half of the til blend in the blender
  • Heat mawa in the pan and roast for few mins now add gur and mix well in low flame.
  • After thick consistency add powder til and some roasted til and mix well.
  • Pour the mixture into grease plate and garnish with roasted til and pista.
  • Once cooled cut into diamond shape.
