Ingredients

  • 1/8 cup Oats flour
  • 1/4 cup Powdered sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Baking soda
  • 1/2 cup Wheat flour
  • 6 tbsp Ghee
  • 1/4 cup Sweetened Gajar Halwa (with nuts)
  • 250 ml Condensed milk (Nestle Milkmaid)
  • 2 tbsp Milk
  • 1/4 tsp Cardamon Pawder
  • 2 tbsp Curd

Instructions

  • • In a bowl mix oats flour, baking powder, baking soda and wheat flour.
  • • In another bowl take ghee and powdered sugar and bear till sugar dissolves.
  • • Now add condensed milk gajar halwa, curd and cardamon powder.
  • • Now mix both the mixtures and add milk to make the batter flowy.
  • • Transfer it to a 6 inch mould.
  • • Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 25-30 minutes in a 6 inch cake tin.

Notes/Tips

Allow the cake to get completely cooled down before demoulding.
