- • In a bowl mix oats flour, baking powder, baking soda and wheat flour.
- • In another bowl take ghee and powdered sugar and bear till sugar dissolves.
- • Now add condensed milk gajar halwa, curd and cardamon powder.
- • Now mix both the mixtures and add milk to make the batter flowy.
- • Transfer it to a 6 inch mould.
- • Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 25-30 minutes in a 6 inch cake tin.
