- In a big pan add 2 tbsp ghee and heat it.
- Add grated carrot, fry around 4 minutes.
- Pour condensed milk. Mix well and cook on a medium flame
- Carrot begins to release moisture and and thins down the milk. Cook till the milk thickens. Add grated paneer. Mix and continue to cook.
- Mix all the ingredients very well. When the mixture will be in the state of bindings, switch off the flame. Grease a plate and transfer the mixture to it. Spread it evenly. Then cool it at the room temperature. Refrigerate for at least 4 hour.
- Spread some pieces of Almonds and pistachios. Now cut in desired sizes. And now it is ready to serve.
