Ingredients

  • Red carrot half kg
  • Milk
  • Milk powder
  • Sugar
  • Mawa(khova) for gajar halwa and for gulabjam
  • Dry fruits powder
  • Ghee

Instructions

  • Peel and grate carrots, fry in 2tbs of ghee, add milk, milk powder, dry fruits powder,sugar and cook for 15 min
  • For making gulabjam, add 1tbs maida in 250gm khova make balls, fry in ghee and soak in sugar syrup
  • For making rabdi, reduce 1lit milk to 250ml add sugar, vilayachi powder and Dry fruits powder and keshar
  • For serving take small glass pur gajar halwa ar bottom,then spread thick Rabdi, grate white chocolate and put gulabjam over it and some dry fruits and keshar
