- Peel and grate carrots, fry in 2tbs of ghee, add milk, milk powder, dry fruits powder,sugar and cook for 15 min
- For making gulabjam, add 1tbs maida in 250gm khova make balls, fry in ghee and soak in sugar syrup
- For making rabdi, reduce 1lit milk to 250ml add sugar, vilayachi powder and Dry fruits powder and keshar
- For serving take small glass pur gajar halwa ar bottom,then spread thick Rabdi, grate white chocolate and put gulabjam over it and some dry fruits and keshar
