  • Carrot
  • Maida
  • Cardamom powder
  • Fresh coconut
  • Butter
  • Condensed milk
  • Saffron
  • Ghee

Instructions

  • Take a pan and add ghee, grated carrot, mix it nicely. Cook it till is nice colour comes and then transfer in to a plate In the same pan add butter, all purppose flour, and cook it for 10 minutes. After that add cardomom powder, grated coconut, and mix it well. Add carrot, saffron colour, condenced milk, and mix it nicely. Take a plate grease the ghee and transfer the mixture into the plate. When the burfi is cool cut in to small pieces.
