Ingredients

  • Grated carrots 1kg
  • Sugar 1 cup
  • Mawa 2 cups
  • Milk
  • Dry fruits
  • Ghee 1 cup
  • Milk cream 1 cup

Instructions

  • Grate the carrots
  • Add 1 cup of ghee in the pan
  • Add grated carrots to it
  • Add 1 cup milk and 1 1 cup milk cream
  • Leave it for 20 min at low flame and then add sugar
  • Now add some dr fruits to it
  • Now add mawa to it
  • U can serve the halwa now
  • Garnish with some dryfruits
