Grated carrot saute in desi ghee...thn add milk acc to quantity of carrot..cook till whn milk reduce n carrot turns soft..thn add khoya / Mawa, sugar .lots of nuts dryfruit whatever want to add..it's become chunks of khoya like paneer.. cooking time 1 .5 hrs.melt in mouth.. heavenly delicious
