- Add white oil & Tejpata on the fried pan
- Add graded Carrot
- Heat the milk with Amul skimmed milk powder
- Add milk with carrot
- Boil till it dry
- Stir well add cardamom dust
- Add chopped almonds,cashew,pasta& raisins
- Hot gajar ka halwa ready to serve
Heat the frying pan,Add 2tablespoons white oil,tejpata 2,add graded carrots,add milk mixed with milkpowder,add cardamom powder. Stir very well.Add chopped dry fruits & serve hot
