  • Graded Carrot 2cups,Milkpowde one cup,milk one cup
  • White oil 2tablespoons, dryfruits,cardamom 4pieces

Instructions

  • Add white oil & Tejpata on the fried pan
  • Add graded Carrot
  • Heat the milk with Amul skimmed milk powder
  • Add milk with carrot
  • Boil till it dry
  • Stir well add cardamom dust
  • Add chopped almonds,cashew,pasta& raisins
  • Hot gajar ka halwa ready to serve
