Instructions

  • 1-Dry roast the makhana on low flame for 5-10 minutes till it is crispy. Remove in a plate and break into small pieces. 2-Boil the milk with sugar, milk powder, cardamon and saffron on low flame stirring continuously till the quantity is reduced 3-Add all the makhana and cook on low flame stirring continuously for another 5 minutes. 4-Remove in a serving bowl and garnish with chopped nuts.
  • 1-Heat the pan Add milk boil with sugar and then add grinded rice into tha pan stir continuously for 10 minutes till the quantity is reduced 2- Add milk powder and then Add mango puree 3-then add coconut powered and cardomam powder 4-then remove from the pan and set in refrigerator for 30 minutes then serve cold and garnish with mango pieces
