Ingredients

  • 1 kg carrots
  • 700 to 800 ml milk
  • 5 to 6 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
  • Chopped nuts
  • 2 to 3 tbsp ghee

Instructions

  • First, peel the skin of the carrots. Wash them well. Take a cooker. Add the carrots. Add milk. Pressure Cook the carrots for 3 to 4 whistles.
  • After that turn off the heat. Now mash the carrots then cook them on high flame until it turns dry.
  • Then add sugar, ghee, cardamom. Mix well. Again cook them for 15 to 20 minutes on high flame. Turn off the heat.
  • Add some nuts. It is ready to serve.

Notes/Tips

You can store them for 11 to 14 days in the fridge.
