- First, peel the skin of the carrots. Wash them well. Take a cooker. Add the carrots. Add milk. Pressure Cook the carrots for 3 to 4 whistles.
- After that turn off the heat. Now mash the carrots then cook them on high flame until it turns dry.
- Then add sugar, ghee, cardamom. Mix well. Again cook them for 15 to 20 minutes on high flame. Turn off the heat.
- Add some nuts. It is ready to serve.
