Ingredients

  • Carrot
  • Ghee
  • Milk
  • Khoya
  • Sugar
  • Kewra essence
  • Elaichi powder

Instructions

  • In a pan take some ghee
  • Add grated carrots to it and cook till they’re soft and tender
  • Add milk
  • Add sugar
  • Give it a boil
  • Add khoya elaichi powder and kewra essence
  • Cool it a little again till the right consistency
