- Take a cooker and add geated carrot. Let it on the flame. Cook for a whitle.
- Then squeeze the carrot remove extra water.
- Take a pan add water and sugar. Cook till the sugar is completely dissolved into a syrup.
- Add carrot and mawa mixed well.
- Add ghee and cardamom powder and stir the mixture.
- Then add dry fruits and stir.
- Gajar ka halwa ready to serve.
- Garnish it with dry fruits and serve hot.
