Ingredients

  • 1kg gajar,1litr full fat milk,40 kaju,
  • 20 badam,2 table spoon kismish,
  • 2 table spoon ghee,10 elachi,500 gm sugar

Instructions

  • Ghee garam kare halka sa ,fir umse kasi hui gajar dal de,2/4 min tak gajar ko bhun kar fir usme milk dale
  • Milk dalne ke baad 10/15 min pakne de chuki maine milk ache se paka kar add kiya hai ,us se time kam lagta hai
  • 10/15 min baad milk jab kam hoga tab us time halwe me kaju,badam,aur kismish dale aur ilachi powder bhi,sukha meva dalne ke baad 4/5 aur ache se paka le
  • Ab sugar add kare aur takriban 5/6 min paka le jab tak sugar ka pani khatam na ho dhyan rahe halwa puri tarah se sukha nahi hona chaye kyo ki jab sugar ka pani hum sukha dete hai to halwa dry na ho
  • Halwa ready hai khane ke liye

Bahut jayada dry karne par halwa kada hoga aur jayada gila rahne par bhi taste sahi nahi rahega
