  • Sugar, carrot, raisins and cashews, chena, elichi
  • Sugar, carrot, raisins and cashews, chena, elichi

Instructions

  • Take a big pan and add 2 teaspoon ghee in slow flame.
  • Add the carrots that has to be peeled and mashed up.
  • Add sugar as per you taste.
  • Make che na in another vessel.
  • Add chenna to the pan and mix perfectly . Add some cashews and raisins for toppings
  • Add elichi to it for the nice aroma.
  • Serve hot in plate.
