- Take a big pan and add 2 teaspoon ghee in slow flame.
- Add the carrots that has to be peeled and mashed up.
- Add sugar as per you taste.
- Make che na in another vessel.
- Add chenna to the pan and mix perfectly . Add some cashews and raisins for toppings
- Add elichi to it for the nice aroma.
