  • Toor dal
  • Moong dal
  • Amchoor powder
  • Mustard
  • Cumin
  • Ginger garlic paste
  • Green chillies
  • Salt
  • Hing
  • Onion
  • Corinader powder
  • Gangavalli aaku

Instructions

  • First wash and pressure cook the two daals and keep aside. Let it be fully mashed. Now take a kadai and oil mustard seeds,jeera,hing green chilli and onion to it with ginger garlic paste and cook well. Now add chopped gangavalli aaku to it and raw mango powder and Dhaniya powder,salt and cook well. Once cooked add the cooked daal and mix well. And serve with roti.
