Ingredients

  • Chikpeas boiled 1 cup
  • Garlic 1 bulb
  • Salt as per taste
  • Coriander leaves a few
  • Black pepper 1/4 th tsp
  • Green chillies 1-2
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • Olive oil 3-4 tbsp

Instructions

  • Take a blender jar and add boiled chickpeas.
  • Add garlic, chillies, salt and pepper accordingly.
  • Give a pulse blend.
  • Add coriander and olive oil and blend until smooth.
  • Finally add up the lemon juice and touch up with red chilli.
  • Enjoy your holidays with supr kicky Hummus.

Notes/Tips

You can also add 1 boiled beetroot if you like.
