Ingredients

  • 2 carrots
  • 10-12 garlic cloves
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1/2 tablespoons coriander powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tablespoons peanut oil
  • For garnish: green coriander

Instructions

  • First wash and dry the carrots. Now peel it with a pillar paddle and cut it into long chips.
  • Add salt and chilli powder to taste and make a garlic sauce.
  • Now add garlic sauce,(paste) coriander powder and oil to the chopped carrots and mix well. (Since there is salt in the garlic sauce, add salt if needed.) Garnish with coriander and serve.
