- Take dosa rice n soak it in water for 2to 3 hrs. Grind the soaked rice n batter consistency, add half cup jaggery n salt. Mix the mixture in low flame until u get thick dough. Once done let it cool completely. Stuffing: Mix freshly grated coconut n jaggery for Stuffing. Now take fresh Bay leaf apply the rice dough n spread the Stuffing in half of the portion n close it. Lastly set up a steamer n steam the uncooked Genasale or Patholj for 15 to 20mins. Now enjoy this delicious n healthy treat with ghee.
