- Churn ghee residue in a mixer..Also churn sugar.Lightly roast semolina and set aside.Chop roasted almonds and cashewnuts finely.Boil milk in a non-stick pan.
- Add powdered sugar,mawa,semolina and milk powder to the boiling milk and stir continuously till it is almost dry.Sprinkle chopped dry fruits and cardamom powder and toss till dry.Pour in a rectangular tray,smooth the surface and refrigerate till set.
- Garnish with almonds and cashewnuts and cut into squares.Refrigerate.Serve delicious ghee residue milk cake as an aftermeal delicacy or on special occasions and festivals.
