  • rice
  • Ghee
  • Cashew
  • Raisins
  • Bay leaf
  • Onion
  • Marati mogga
  • Green chillies
  • Water
  • Beans
  • Salt
  • Corinader

Instructions

  • Take a pan and add ghee,green chillies,beans and saute. Then add cashew,bay leaf, raisins,onion and saute till onion is cooked. Then add marati mogga. Add water to it and boil. Then add rice and cook for 15-20 minutes on low flame. Turn off the flame and garnish with coriander and serve hot.
