- Take kadai add 1 tbsp oil temper with jeera and curry leaves add ghiya (cut in small diced) then add chana dal (soaked in water for 30 min) mix well , add haldi powder, red Chilli powder , chat masala , jaggery powder and salt to taste . Mix well
- Cook for 7-8 min . Then transfer in the plate to cool for 5 min and grind in mixture to form a paste consistently
- Now mix well and form a Tikki shape . Shallow fry the kebab till golden brown colour and crisp, kebabs are ready to eat. Serve with green chutney or mayonnaise.
