  • Ghobhi
  • Ginger garlic paste
  • Chilli powder
  • Coriander powder
  • Turmeric powder
  • Salt
  • Rice flour
  • Gram flour
  • Oil
  • Cumin powder
  • Anchur powder
  • Garam masala

Instructions

  • Wash ghobhi Par boiled ghobhi with salt Drain out it
  • Take a ghobhi in bowl add ginger garlic paste, little bit of salt,garam masala, chilli powder ,marinate for 5 minutes.
  • In another bowl take gram flour,rice flour,salt,jeera powder, garam masala, amchur powder. Make a thick batter.
  • Heat oil in kadahi. Dip ghobhi in batter and fry. Make a all pakoda.
  • Serve with green chutney.
