- Wash ghobhi Par boiled ghobhi with salt Drain out it
- Take a ghobhi in bowl add ginger garlic paste, little bit of salt,garam masala, chilli powder ,marinate for 5 minutes.
- In another bowl take gram flour,rice flour,salt,jeera powder, garam masala, amchur powder. Make a thick batter.
- Heat oil in kadahi. Dip ghobhi in batter and fry. Make a all pakoda.
- Serve with green chutney.
