Ingredients

  • 2 cup maida
  • 1 table spoon semolina
  • as required Oil for moyan and fry
  • 1 Fresh coconut
  • 2 pinch cardamom
  • as required Dry fruits
  • 200 gm Mawa

Instructions

  • Take a bowl add,semolina and 2 spoon oil for moyan.
  • Mix well and make a tight dough like puri...keep it seperately for 15-20 min
  • In a pan add Mawa and roast till it becomes golden brown then add fresh grated coconut,cardamom powder,dry fruit and switch off the flame.. Mix nicely...now stuffing is ready
  • With the help of small dough will make a puri and in gunjia mould keep puri and fill stuffing....close that mould
  • On medium flame fry it nicely and we can keep these gunjia 10-15 days
  • Gujia is ready for frying
  • Gunjia is ready for serving
