Ingredients

  • 25 ml Ginger juice -
  • 50 ml Lemon juice -
  • 75 ml Water -
  • 1/2 cup Sugar -
  • Sodium Banzoate -1/2 t.sp

Instructions

  • For sugar syrup -boil water,sugar and 1 t.sp.lemon juice.Boil it until the sugar melts.Boil it for 2-3 min.and switch off the gas.Let it cool.
  • Mix lemon juice and ginger juice.Mix Sodium Banzoate in 1 tb.sp. juice and mix it in ginger ale.Store it in a clean glass bottle.
  • To prepare ginger ale - take a glass,dilute 50 ml.ginger ale into 200ml. Water.Add ice cubes and serve.
  • Your refreshing drink is ready to serve.Enjoy thanda thanda cool cool healthy drink !
