Ingredients

  • 250 g green chilli, 250 g Ginger
  • 1 ladle leftover mango pickle masala
  • as taste salt ,1/2 cup mustard oil
  • 250 g lemon

Instructions

  • Take a green chilli wash.Then dry green chilli chopped in knife.
  • Take a ginger peel and cut in julliens.
  • Take a lemon wash N dry.Then cut in halves and squeezed.
  • Take a mixing bowl then put all ingredients mix.
  • Take a airtight container put pickle and cover with lid.
  • Then pickle ready in 3 or 4 days.Then enjoy Ginger green chilli pickle.
