Ingredients

  • Ginger 1 tsp
  • Jeera 1 tsp
  • Grated coconut 2 tsp
  • Salt according to taste
  • Seasoning mustard curry leaves red chillies oil
  • Ghee 1 tsp
  • Buttermilk 1 cup

Instructions

  • Heat a pan add spoon of ghee ginger jeera roast till aromatic turn off stove add grated coconut and set aside to cool.
  • In blender add the mixture which is cooled blend along buttermilk and do seasoning with little oil mustard red chilli curry leaves. Enjoy with hot rice special for lunch.

Notes/Tips

Do not choose sour buttermilk.
