  • Brown Lentils
  • Vegetable broth
  • Can tomatoes
  • Medium Onion
  • Garlic
  • Fresh Ginger
  • Tomato paster
  • Tamarind paste
  • Maple Syrup
  • Garam Masala
  • Coconut Milk
  • Salt

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients except coconut milk into the slow cooker and stir well. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours. Stir in coconut milk and serve.
