Gluten free Energyballs with dates

  • Dates(seedless)
  • Almonds
  • Cashews
  • Pistacchios
  • Walnuts
  • Pumpkinseeds

Instructions

  • In a jar take all nuts except dates and grind them
  • Now take dates in another jar and grind them
  • Mix grinded nuts and crushed dates well
  • In case of the mixture is tough to bind can add 1tp of honey to it
  • Now prepare small balls from prepared mixture

Notes/Tips

We need to ensure to give healthy to our kids, but we also need to ensure that we make things that they like. Keeping the smile on their face is equally important. So tomorrow we will make something that every kid and youngster loves to eat.
