Ingredients

  • 6-7 - Bread slices (whole wheat)
  • 1/2 cup - grated coconut
  • 1/2 bunch - Corriader leaves
  • 2 nos - garlic bulbs
  • 2-3 nos - green chillies
  • 1 tablespoon - lemon juice
  • 1 tsp - roasted crushed cumin powder
  • 2.5 tablespoons - butter
  • 1 inch Ginger -
  • Salt - to taste

Instructions

  • Grind coriander leaves, green chillies, grated coconut, ginger, lemon juice, salt, cumin powder to a smooth paste / chutney by adding very little water.
  • Spread butter in bread slices. Spread Goan chutney in each slice of bread. Arrange them one above other. Trim the edges if you wish and cut in square / diagonal and serve.
