- Firstly in a muddler add ginger -garlic paste and 2-3 green chillies. And crushed it into course paste. In a pressure cooker add 4 tbsp of oil,in it add this paste and saute it until aroma comes out of it.
- Now in it add chopped tomatoes and cooked it till it turns soft.
- Then after this add 1 cup curd and cooked the masala properly till oil separates from it.
- Now in 1/2 cup of water add red chilli powder, turmeric powder,coriander powder, cumin powder and salt. Make a water ghol of it and spread it all over the Gobhi. Coat the gobhi properly with this masala
- Now add this masala in the cooker and again saute it properly. Now add the whole gobhi in pressure cooker and add 4 tbsp of water and cook it for 2 whistle and turn the pressure down.
- Lastly transfer it into a vok and dry the remaining water in the masala. Garnish it with some coriander leaves and turn the flame down amd serve hot.
