  • Cauliflower
  • Cornflour
  • Refined flour
  • Oil
  • Vinegar
  • Soya sauce
  • Ginger garlic paste
  • Green chili paste
  • Long green chili strips
  • Red chili powder
  • 65 masala
  • Turmeric powder
  • Coriander powder
  • Curd
  • Chat masala
  • Curry leaves

Instructions

  • Cut cauliflower into big florets and wash and drain
  • Take masalas mix properly add curd then add cauliflower mix with masalas and let it marinate for 1/2 an hour
  • Now add cornflour and refined flour and make coating on it
  • Fry it carefully in medium hot oil till it cooks and remain crispy from outside Sprinkle chat masala and it is ready to serve

Notes/Tips

Flour should be taken in equal proportion and serve it
