  • 2 cups grated raw gobhi
  • 1 chopped onion
  • Few green chillies
  • leaves Coriander
  • Half spoon ajwain
  • 1 pinch Hing
  • Turmeric half spoon
  • 1 spoon Red Chilli powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Garam masala half spoon
  • Wheat dough
  • Oil for paratha

Instructions

  • Take a bowl add grated gobhi nd all masala mix it well
  • Take lemon size of wheat dough ball
  • Fill this gobhi masala nd nd roll it to the rolling board nd cook it on medium flame till golden brown to both sides nd serve hot with chutney
