  • Cauliflower
  • Peas
  • Potatoes
  • Tomato
  • Red chilli powder
  • Turmeric powder
  • Ginger garlic paste
  • Cumin
  • Onion
  • Garam masala
  • Cumin powder
  • Hing
  • Green chillies
  • Amchur powder
  • Coriander
  • Salt
  • Oil
  • Fenugreek

Instructions

  • Crush tomatoes, onion, green chilies in pestle and keep aside. Heat oil in a pan, sauté cumin seeds, ginger-garlic paste for a minute and crushed tomato, onion and green chilies. Add Turmeric powder, cook till oil oozes out. Add rest of spices mixed in water, also add potatoes, cauliflower and salt and fry for few minutes. Lower the heat, cover and simmer for about 15 minutes until the vegetables are cooked. Serve hot.
