  • Cauliflower florets
  • Ajwain
  • Besan
  • Oil
  • Salt
  • Baking soda
  • Water
  • Chilli paste
  • Ginger garlic paste

Instructions

  • Place a bowl and add besan,salt,baking soda,ajwain,ginger garlic paste,chilli paste and pour some water and make it a semi liquid batter.then place the cauliflower florets and mix well. Place a wok on stove and pour oil then once the oil comes to hear place the cauliflower in it and let it fry until they turn brown in colour. Then serve hot with tomato ketchup.
