Ingredients

  • 200 grams sweet potato
  • Sugar as per personal taste
  • Pinch of salt, elaichi, nutmeg
  • 2 table spoons ghee
  • Some water if required

Instructions

  • Peel and cut sweet potato to thin slices
  • Heat oil in kadhaai drop the sweet potato slices and cook covered till they become just soft and tender
  • Add sugar along with little water if required and continue cooking till all sugar melts and it looks golden brown as shown in picture above.
  • Add all the rest of the ingredients and continue stirring for a while till it looks perfectly homogenous
  • It is ready

Notes/Tips

Do not over cook sweet potato slices else it will become mushy
