- In a thick pan put 2 tbsp of ghee fry gond (edible gum) and remove it. Now crush a little gond ND keep aside. Now fry all dry fruits including poppy seedsone by one and keep aside. Now in a mixing bowl add all the fried ingredients and mix well. Now in same kadai add Jaggery and stir continuously until it dissolves. Continue it until the Jaggery syrup turns forthy.check drop ND check in water to form a soft ball consistency. Now add all above mixture along with cardamom ND nutmeg pwd.cook for 8 minutes. Now take a mould grease it with ghee or put baking paper transfer the mixture to it set well or tap with bowl evenly. Allow it to cool for half an hour. Now unmould and cut into pieces. Now the delicious š GOKAK KARDANTU is ready to eat.
