  • Sooji
  • Water
  • Salt
  • Wheat flour

Instructions

  • Take a cup of sooji and 2tbsp of wheat flour and mix. Then add salt and water knead it well and make a dough. Then take a portion of it and make a round disc. Then take a small round glass and press the glass on the prepared disc. Then heat oil in a kadai and place the puri's in it and fry on both sides. And the puri's for Pani puri is ready
