  • Gond
  • Makhana powder
  • Desiccated coconut
  • Cashew
  • Pista
  • Khuskhus
  • Jaggery
  • Water
  • Ghee
  • Dried petal

Instructions

  • First we take ghee on frying pan. After enough hot fry the gond then fry all dryfruits.
  • Take another pan dryroast the desiccated coconut. Transfer the roast coconut on bowl. Take kadai mix jaggery with water. Stir continuously , mix till one string consistency.
  • Lastly add all the dryfruits ,desiccated coconut khuskhus and rose petals in jaggery mixture. Mix well switch off the flame.
  • Transfer all the mixture in thali and make a ladoo.

Notes/Tips

Always fry gond at low flame and Ghee will be enough hot
