Ingredients

  • 200 grm edible gum
  • 2 cup wheat flour
  • 2 spoon Bangel gram flour
  • 1/2 cup foxnut
  • 2 tbsp poppy seeds
  • 1/2 dryfruits (mix)
  • 2 cup dates
  • 1 tap cinnamon powder
  • 1/2 cashew nut cut in half for garnishing

Instructions

  • HEAT ghee in a pan fry eatable gum till itbecome doublethe size., let it cool then use any katori, glass and meshgum with it don't grindin mixer. -dry roast foxnut, let it cool and grind coarsely - Roast Flour and basan in 2 spoon ghee till it become golden brown. - dry roaste poppy seeds and keep a side.
  • Shellow fry all dryfruits, let it cool, grind coarsely mix all griend ingredients in flour mix well add cinnamon and cardamom powder. mix well. heat 2 spoon ghee add jaggery stir till it melts.turn off the flame. add all dry mixed ingredients, now prepare laduu and dust with poppy seeds and stick half cashew.
