  • Sorrel leaves
  • Oil
  • Salt
  • Mustard
  • Cumin
  • Green chillies
  • Red chilli
  • Cooked rice
  • Cashew nuts
  • Chana dal
  • Urad dal
  • Curry leaves
  • Turmeric powder

Instructions

  • Take a pan and add oil. Then add sorrel leaves and cook until it get soft. Then turn of the flame and let it cool down. Then blend it. In the same pan add oil,cumin, mustard,curry leaves,green chilli,red chilli and saute well. Then add cashewnut,salt, turmeric powder and mix well. Then add the blended paste and combine. Then turn off the flame and add the cooked rice and mix until everything is mixed. Serve.
