Ingredients

  • 8 piece amla
  • 150 gr coriander leaves
  • 2 green chilli
  • 1 inch piece ginger
  • 1 tea spoon jeera & garam masala
  • As Per Taste Salt,
  • 1 tea spoon sugar

Instructions

  • Wash proper amla & coriander leaves. Keep in strainer till soaked water.
  • Now remove the amla seeds. All ingredients transfer into jar, grind it & make smooth paste. If required add some water.
  • We can preserve it for 4 to 5 days in refrigerator. Amla is very healthy source of vitamin c. So the chutney is ready.
