- Chop the cluster beans small pieces and keep the chopped cluster beans in hot water by adding salt put the lid on and let it cook till it is soft. Add the green chilies, garlic cloves, cumin seeds in a blender and make it into a coarse paste. Heat oil in a pan add chopped onions, salt when onions lightly cooked add turmeric and prepared chili garlic paste, saute it for few minute then add coriander powder mix it well and cook for some time. In this squeeze some lime juice and add chopped coriander leaves. Serve hot with rice, chapathi.
