Ingredients

  • Rolled Oats
  • Vegetable oil
  • Cranberries
  • Sliced almonds
  • Honey
  • Brown sugar
  • Cinnamon powder
  • Vanilla extract
  • Sea salt

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 150 degrees.
  • Toss the oats with Vegetable oil and salt till light brown in colour.
  • Combine the nuts and berries in a bowl.
  • Mix honey and sugar in a Sauce pan and give a boil, add cinnamon and vanilla to it. - Mix oats with nuts, pour the honey mix over dry singredients.
  • Set in a baking tray (8×8) Lined with parchment paper and press firmly with the back of a spoon.
  • Bake for 20 minutes at 150 degrees. - Cool and cut into bars. - Store in an air tight container.
