  • Fresh fruits
  • Yogurt
  • Granola
  • Honey
  • Sugar
  • Dry fruits

Instructions

  • For Honey Granola - 1 Cup - Rolled Oats (regular) 1/2 Cup - Mixed nuts and seeds 1/2 Cup - Honey 1 Tbsp - Coconut Oil 1/2 Tsp - Vanilla Essence 1/4 Tsp - Cinnamon Powder 1/4 Tsp - Nutmeg Powder 1/4 Tsp - Salt
  • Take a big bowl and add in oats and seeds and nut together .Mix them together. In another bowl add all the remaining ingredients and combine them well. Mix all the dry ingredients with wet ones and spread the mixture on a baking tray lined with parchment
  • Bake it for 10-15 minutes in a preheated oven on 180 degrees . Let it cool down completely so that it becomes crispy .
  • For Parfait- 1 Bowl - Chopped Fruits (of your choice) 1 Bowl - Thick Curd 3 Tbsp - Honey 3 Tbsp - Sugar 1/4 Tsp - Salt 1/2 Cup - Chopped Nuts
  • Procedure- In a bowl cream curd , honey , sugar and salt to form a smooth mixture.
  • For Parfait layering- Layer your parfait with a layer of fruits first , then curd mixture , then granola and nuts and repeat the same.
