Ingredients

  • 2 cups seedless grapes
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 ½ tbsp sugar
  • A pinch of black salt (kala namak)
  • 1 tsp grated ginger (optional) Ice cubes
  • Garnish with mint leaves

Instructions

  • In a blender, add green grapes, lemon juice, black salt, ginger and sugar.
  • Blend them till the mixture is smooth.
  • Strain using the strainer in a bowl.
  • Serve chilled in glasses.

Notes/Tips

Adjust the amount of sugar depending on the sweetness of grapes and taste. You can add few mint leaves while blending for refreshing taste.
