Ingredients

  • Grapes (washed and cleaned)
  • Sugar
  • Lemon juice
  • Peppermint extract
  • Black salt
  • Soda water
  • Green food colour (optional)
  • Mint leaves for garnishing (optional)

Instructions

  • Grind the washed grapes and sugar in a mixer grinder.
  • Strain them well through a strainer.
  • Add black salt, lemon juice, peppermint extract and green food colour to it
  • Take a glass and fill it with 1/3 or 1/4 of the grapes syrup made as per the taste preference and add soda water. Mix properly and garnish it with mint leaves and grapes.

Notes/Tips

1) Grind the grapes and sugar properly so that a fine paste is formed. 2) Strain it properly so that the peelings of grapes does not come in the paste. 3) Try using natural food colouring.
